Godrej Properties' state-of-the-art residential development, Godrej Woodscapes, is situated in Budigere Cross, off Old Madras Road in East Bangalore, and is designed around a forest theme. With 2000 opulent high-rise residences spread across 28 acres, it offers 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK floor plans. The sizes of apartments range from 1198 sq. ft to 3634 sq. ft. There are 15 towers totalling 39 stories in the project. The project will launch in June 2024, and the apartment price will be Rs. 1.2 Crores.

Godrej Athena

Godrej Athena is an ultra-luxurious Greco-Roman-style residential project in East Bangalore's Indira Nagar Extension. The enclave provides 3 and 3.5 BHK apartments on 6.5 acres of land. There are 15 low-rise blocks with G+4 levels. It is anticipated that the project will be finished by January 2028. The units have a starting price of Rs. 2.60 crores and come in sizes ranging from 1710 sq. ft. to 2050 sq. ft.

Godrej Ananda
